Rangelands are vital for building more resilient and sustainable futures. They contribute significantly to food systems, biodiversity conservation, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience. At UNCCD COP17, IDOS is co-hosting a side event on 28 August 2026 to examine the policy frameworks, partnerships, and investment opportunities needed to advance large-scale rangeland restoration across Africa.
