The German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) is represented by Mariya Aleksandrova, Sander Chan and Gabriela Iacobuta, Senior Researchers in the project "Klimalog: Research and dialogue for a just and SDG-compatible implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement", at the 25th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP25) in Madrid on 2 to 13 December 2019.

- Gabriela Iacobuta will be interviewed on NDC Implementation by the UNFCCC Climate Action Studio
- The current Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow at DIE, Diogo Andreola Serraglio, will speak at the side event "Strategies for climate action in Latin America: human mobility in the spotlight".

- Mariya Aleksandrova will speak in the Session “The role of social protection in building climate resilience” during the Development and Climate Days (D&C Days)

- Sander Chan will speak in the event "Lessons learned from the first generation of NDCs to inform the second generation"
