The EU needs to think big and consider a Transformational Partnerships Initiative under which it would offer transformative partnerships agreements to all countries in the world, from North and South America to Africa and the Pacific. These reciprocal agreements would provide frameworks for cooperation aimed at overcoming critical bottlenecks to achieving the SDGs.
