Project description
On the external dimension, the project seeked to analyse how the EU engages with partner countries. The ACP-EU Partnership was one example. On the internal dimension, the project seeked to explore and analyse how the capability of the EU to make a positive contribution to development is impacted by institutional, political and other EU-related factors. Special attention was paid to the Member States and their influence on EU policy-making.
