Die internationale Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (EZ) verfügt über ein besonderes Instrument, um die Qualität der OECD-Geber regelmäßig zu überprüfen: Gruppendruck. Alle vier bis fünf Jahre organisiert der Entwicklungshilfeausschuss (Development Assistance Committee, DAC) der OECD einen detaillierten Prüfbericht (‚peer review‘). Am 4. November wird in Berlin der neue Prüfbericht zu Deutschland erstmals vorgestellt.
