Die Shaping Futures Academy ist ein Fortbildungs- und Dialogprogramm für Nachwuchsführungskräfte aus afrikanischen Reformpartnerländern.
Die Shaping Futures Academy richtet sich an Nachwuchsführungskräfte aus den teilnehmenden afrikanischen (Côte d'Ivoire, Äthiopien, Ghana, Kenia, Marokko, Senegal, Tunesien, Togo und Sambia) und europäischen (EU+) Ländern. Potenzielle Teilnehmende sollten die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllen:
