The 2030 Agenda is essential to peace and stability worldwide and is becoming an important point of reference for foreign policymakers.
As more knowledge about violent conflict and fragility is produced, the relevance of the SDGs to achieving (re)solutions becomes increasingly clear.
The German Federal Foreign Office, SDSN Germany and adelphi cordially invited to the launch event of a new essay series on foreign policy and SDGs, on 30 April 2019 in Berlin. The event brought together high-level experts from foreign policy, the UN, international think tanks and academia to discuss the concept of 'sustainable foreign policy' - as well as ways to innovate conflict prevention, to manage trade-offs between SDGs and recharge multilateral cooperation.
