Radboud University, IDOS, and the ACHIEVE, BioCAM4 and CAMDA project

As climate governance enters a new phase, this event explores the next era of high-integrity climate action in the context of a renewed Global Climate Action Agenda and the forward-looking Five-Year Vision, launched in the run-up to COP30. With attention shifting from pledges to delivery, the discussion considers how the Global Climate Action Agenda can be strengthened to accelerate high-integrity climate solutions and support implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The event will pay particular attention to how voluntary and cooperative climate action can align more closely with the outcomes of the Global Stocktake, while raising ambition, accountability, and integrity. It will also feature the launch of the CoAct database, a new evidence base for understanding the contributions, patterns, and integrity of cooperative climate initiatives.
This event is jointly organized by Radboud University, IDOS (German Institute of Development and Sustainability), and the ACHIEVE, BioCAM4, and CAMDA projects. It brings together policy, practitioner, and research perspectives on the future of high-integrity climate action, with a particular focus on cooperative climate initiatives, implementation of the Paris Agreement, and the strengthening of the Global Climate Action Agenda.
