Application Deadline expired

The German Institute of Development and Sustainability gGmbH (IDOS) is one of the leading research institutes in the field of sustainable development and development policy. To support research staff with different tasks, the Programme “Transformation of Economic and Social Systems” at IDOS is looking for a research assistant to contribute to the research project “Fair Globalisation II”. Tasks typically include literature and data searches, literature reviews, quantitative tasks such as merging, cleaning and/or data analysis, and facilitation in and around workshops and conferences. Stata or R skills and a background in economics are strong assets.

Preferred start: beginning or mid-January; applications to using “RA Fair Globalisation” as the subject line.

The assistants will work around 8 hours per week, spread over two working days. Working at IDOS premises is required. Remuneration is based on the usual rates for students and academic assistants.
