Erfolgsfaktoren für inter- und transnationale Kooperation

Im Mittelpunkt des Clusters stehen die Identifikation und Analyse erfolgreicher Beispiele inter- und transnationaler Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Politikfeldern, etwa im Bereich der Wirtschafts- und Finanzpolitik, der Wissenschaftskooperation oder auch der Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik. Neben der Bestimmung spezifischer Erfolgsbedingungen wird untersucht, ob sich die jeweiligen Kooperationsansätze auf andere Bereiche übertragen lassen, um dem globalen Gemeinwohl zu dienen.

Wie können heterogene Netzwerke aus staatlichen und nichtstaatlichen Akteuren organisiert und orchestriert werden, um Innovationen für globale Lösungen besser nutzbar zu machen? Dabei geht es insbesondere um Fälle neuer Akteurskonstellationen im Hinblick auf geografische, funktionale und interessenbezogene Diversität sowie bezüglich neuer Formen von formellen und informellen Governance-Strukturen.
